I take it you wish to change/admininstrate your board.
You need to tranfer ownership from your old username to your new one or simply add yourself as admin.

I have requested the password for that username be sent to your e-mail box. Check it in a couple of minutes to see whether you have received it.
When entering the password ensure
- Caps lock is off
- You type both username & password exactly. (watch out if you copy and paste it as you may accidentally grab a space which will invalidate the login)

usually it is not due to Runboard but to the e-mail host either
a) taken a ages to deliver the mail
b) blocking it as it believes it to be spam/
-check settings that it doesnt block any mail
