Well, if the Instant Pot doesn't work for you, it doesn't. Glad you found something better.

I had a lovely Zoom with a friend just now. emoticon

Re: What was good today?

I cooked a rump roast and potatoes in my Instant Pot for the first time, and my tummy is quite pleased with me. I have an 8-quart pot, which might come in handy for cooking a large ham, but is too big for most meals. I probably should have gotten a 6-quart. And now that I'm starting to enjoy my Instant Pot, I'll probably eventually get a 6-quart. And maybe later on a 3-quart. <shrugs> Maybe. Perhaps for rice, and for mashed potatoes. Maybe.

I used the recipe below. I used beef broth instead of water, and left out the 2 packets and carrots. And I used flour to make my gravy.

That sounds very yummy.

I played Wordle for the first time today, and solved it on the fourth row. emoticon

Looks like the bad storm hasn't done much damage in my street.

And today, I'll go to the beach for a nice walk with a friend.

Yay for caramel sundaes and for writing! emoticon

My work video conference today was fortunately very short (still working from home office). Phew!

Writing has been going well lately.

Today, I sold the first copy of "A Wolf's Fear" after reducing the price. Hoping it's the start of more sell-though.
