Is it possible that the particular member of your board did not upgrade by clicking on the upgrade link of YOUR board, but by clicking on a link somewhere else instead? Say, the RB homepage perhaps?

Re: Free credits for your board through user upgrade referral
I've added a post to the Off Topic section of my board informing people about this as well.
I've had one user upgrade to a Premium account so far, we recieved the credits for the board, and I recieved an e-mail explaining what had happened.
Great idea!

Re: Free credits for your board through user upgrade referral
Heya,
When I log in to the home page of the forum (Ben Harrison's, above) All topics show a "NEW" marker on them even though most of them have no new posts.
Is there a feature I need to enable/disable to get this to be accurate?
Please help if you can . . .

Re: Free credits for your board through user upgrade referral
There's a known bug with that - you have to click the 'Mark Forum as Read' link to get rid of the 'New' next to threads.
