Hello! Welcome to Runboard Support 
I have to ask what you mean by "archived". Are you referring to a board that says "Whoops! Document not found"? If so, then sadly this board has been deleted (likely because of a spell of inactivity where no posts were made for at least six months, and guest views were low as well). If you're referring to a part/section of a board being labeled as "archived", this is fixable. If you're an Admin/Mod, you may simply move the threads from the archive back to an active section.
If you're confused by all of this (most people are!), you can post a link to the board in-question and we'll have a look for you

If the Archived Forum isn't on Runboard's servers, the only way to restore it is to copy/paste all of the threads/posts you wish to save from that forum to your board. I have had plenty of experience with that, as I've moved threads/posts from one message board site to another a couple of times myself. It is a long, hard, tedious job, but that is the only way to move a forum on a different website system to this one. If you fear the archived forum may be deleted before you've moved all the threads/posts you wish to keep, you can save the pages to your computer for safe keeping.
It helps if you have members who will give you a hand with this. You can set up a restore forum on your board where threads/posts are copy/pasted over, and then the threads can be moved to the proper forum for discussion once it is finished.

Both Messup434 and Joxcenia are right about what they said. If the forum was once upon a time on Runboard, it appears that it is no longer here. After a forum has been inactive for a long time, it is deleted and you can't get it or anything on it back. If the board is on another message board system, like Jox said, you have to copy and paste everything here. It is a real pain, but it is doable. Another way to copy it over to a board here is to do screenshots and paste pictures of everything on your board. However, to go the screenshot route, you will need a place to host your pictures so that you can copy the image urls to your board.

Thanks for all your comments. Based on Messup434's comment, the message board that I'm talking about is most likely deleted.
The message board was "Mercedes-Benz Club Philippines". We used runboard as our message board platform in 2005. Sadly we had to migrate to a different message board sanctioned by Mercedes-Benz Classic Car Club International in Germany. Unfortunately, they have ceased operations of all bulletin boards.

Greetings AMG 280CE, With the info, you provided I found this archive of your message board made a couple of months before your community moved off of Runboard. I do not know how deep the archival process of the Wayback machine goes, but thought this might help in your efforts to bring the community back.
