Change: ToS and Privacy policy
We now have a Terms of Service text, as well as a Privacy policy.
Terms of Service must be accepted by all new users upon account creation.
Current users must accept the ToS as well, to continue use the service. You can do so in your Control Panel.
Huge thanks are flying to Smackdown5 for his invaluable help with it.

To me, it means that if you write a poetry and post it here, you can not sue me afterwards because someone ripped it off.
ToS is there to give at least some layer of protection from frivolous lawsuits against me. Other than that, I have no intentions of doing anything wrong with any part of akheva or user posts, etc.

Section 7 - You should not 'copy and paste' or make money from selling anything posted on the boards except any materials which You posted which are YOUR OWN ORIGINAL MATERIAL.
Section 10 - You allow DATAHIT (Akheva) the right to use any Original material posted by you.
(So if you post a story in a topic/post on an Akheva board, Akheva could 'copy and paste' the story.)
