 Internationalization patch
Test patch - it only works on this board (support forums).
All international characters (japanese, vietnamese, german, swedish, russian - ALL) should work properly.
Please do extensive testing of it in the Trashcan forum, and report here (reply to this topic) if anything is not working properly.
I'm also interested in you peeps testing it with various browsers, operating systems, etc.

I've tried windows 98 and 95 with IE 5 and 6, I also tried the avant browser. They all worked perfectly.
I tried windows XP with IE 6 and it's fine.
And thats about it
