Trouble with the Blue Bullet skin (SOLVED)
Joshin Josh,
I selected your Blue Bullet skin for my message board because it’s colors very closely match those of my website (www.akmat.org)
I tried to install it today, but rather than have the nice blue/grey boarder like is show on yours,
mine came out with black dots and looks like this.
Can you help me make it look like in your sample? My board URL is: http://www.runboard.com/bakmat8.f1

The photo is somewhat misleading. If you go to the URL provided you will see it actually appears as a grid of black dots and not a solid blue/gray color. Can you help?

But I went to your board, and it had this image for the background, which is the same background used for the Blue Bullet skin.

Hi there (nice looking board btw)
Go into your custom CSS and look for:body { background-color: #ebebeb;}/* DEFINES BODY COLOR FONT AND POSITION */
body {
background-color : #ffffff;
margin : 0.5em;
background-image : url(http://rbbt.net/skins/joshin_josh/bluebullet/bgimage.gif);
font-family : verdana, tahoma, arial;
}
For the older version look you want to change the part I highlighted in red to bgimage.jpg
That should fix your board to look like the snapshot we have posted

Hi Pastor Rick,
Thank you very much. That solved the problem straight away! I looks just like I’d hoped now.
Perhaps you can help me with another question too: how do I set up the “Affiliate Link” buttons to work? Can I go in and establish links to other sites/pages? Can I change the button to read something other than “Affiliate Link”? I assume its in the CSS code…can you help?

You are most welcome AKMat,
The Affiliate likes are controlled by the entries you put in the Custom HTML header. When you go there you will see several lines that look like this:<li><a href="#">.::Affiliate Link::.</a></li>
What you do is replace the # with the full url to the site you wish to link to and then replace the .::Affiliate Link::. with the name for the site.
For example, if I wanted a link to Runboard Support my entry would look like this:<li><a href="http://www.runboard.com/bakheva">Runboard Support</a></li>
