lol it wont do.
Where it says in capital letters. URL you were meant to put the url to the background image (eg the sep I posted)
if you want the same bgcolor to the board stats header then
.forumlistboardstatsheader {background-color:#??????}
REPLACE ?????? with the hex decimal color
