Paid for premium but your users still see ads? Read here.

You probably paid for premium membership of YOUR USER ACCOUNT (in Control Panel > Upgrade account) - this means YOU will not see ads on ANY runboard boards.

If this wasn't what you wanted, i.e: you wanted your board to be cleared of ads for any users, you should have bought premium credits (pageviews) for your board (in Control Panel > Board management > Purchase premium credits.

If you paid less than two weeks ago, you can convert your user premium account into 100 000 premium credits for your board.

For this:

1) Use the ]Donations page and pay an additional 15 USD (or 15 EUR).

2) Send a to Thor with the following information:
  - your board's URL
  - your Paypal email address
  - the date you have bought the user premium account on
  - and write a line stating that you want to convert your user premium into premium credits for your board.

If all goes well, I will review your request and take the necessary actions.

As a reminder, the price for one year of user premium membership for your account is 10 USD (or 10 EUR) - promotions can apply. The price for 100 000 premium pageviews for your board is 25 USD (or 25 EUR).

Re: Paid for premium but your users still see ads? Read here.

Also, please keep in mind that your payment must clear through PayPal before any premium status can take effect. This can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few days, largely depending on where your funds are coming from.

If you have a PayPal account and the funds are already in there, then Thor should receive notification of your payment almost immediately. However, if your funds are coming from a checking account, it will take longer (sometimes a few days) for PayPal to collect those funds from your bank, deposit them into Runboard's account, and notify Thor of your payment.

If you don't have a PayPal account, or you do have a PayPal account but no funds in that account, then the method that would clear most quickly would be to fund your PayPal payment with a credit or debit card.
