Pay Pal

I am trying to upgrade my account but can't because of Pay Pal problems. I was skeptical of Pay Pal in the first place but now it appears as someone has taken over my debit card #, so needless to say if I get that cleared up I do not want to use them.

Are there any plans in the near future for Runboard to accept payment by any other means?

Im sorry I cant give you an estimation on that. We had a phone method at one point but the company folded. There may be another payment method at some point but I wouldnt expect it soon. I am sorry for you problems with Pay Pal, they are usually reliable.

Paypal has over 45 million customers worldwide, so they appear as serious as it gets, to me.

Understood Thor. Its just that I have a problem that they won't respond to so I cannot trust them.

You decesion is the word with Runboard, so I guess I have no choice but leave my membership as is.

Thanks for your response.

Re: Pay Pal

Understand.

I would be happy to send funds via the postal service if necessary.

Re: Pay Pal

Currently, only Paypal is accepted. I know it's a pain for some people, I don't like it too much myself because of the annoying sign-up process Paypal requires. I am currently working with a pay-per-phone company that, if it works (which isn't certain), might allow users to upgrade to premium by phone.

I don't have a time line for this, however.

Thanks for the reply Thor. I really want to upgrade.

Have you ever thought about accepting direct credit card payments to you via your bank?
