Don't pitch your tent under a tree, otherwise a drop bear will definately be a problem. But he does come bearing gifts, can fly a helicopter, and row a boat.

It relates back to a series of commercials for Bundaberg Rum, a popular drink amongst us convicts here.
The star of the series was a polar bear (the Bundy bear) who helped out his mates (usually Australian Rugby Union players). To do that, he did things like pretending to be a dropbear, flew a helicopter etc.
