rollover affect choppy

I have the rollover affect but it is very choppy as I scroll down or up on my forum. Is this a bug, because when I don't have the rollover affect on It scrolls smoothly up and down.

That's odd, Boxer.

I just visited your board and I can scroll down smoothly with the rollover effect on.

Is this something others have complained about?

I'm running IE6.0 and Win2000.

Sorry, Boxer - I'm not seeing choppy.

Perhaps someone else can check it out?

You appear to have over 100 images on your board.. would that be causing that?

I'm not sure on that one. It might, but, I see nothing wrong.

Re: rollover affect choppy

I checked the chat forum, and what I see is that the link underneath the text disappears with the rollover effect. Maybe that is what you describe as "choppy".

That might be what you are referring to, and it is probably part of your settings in the rollover CSS - link not underlined. I don't know if that is possible.

I use Mozilla Firebird.

If the rollover effect bothers you, you can switch it off in your layout settings (css trick 1 and 2).

Just an FYI, I also get the choppy affect when I visit here. I use a scroll wheel, don't know if it could be that.
