 Also- When I try the "how to's" like creating the "jump" thingie {the dropbox} to links, forums or sites, it looks funky. We need more HTML classes, Thor. BADLY.

Jump down menues are not Runboard specific, and classes are really CSS, not HTML.
But, you can style your own forum jump options in your CSS
Actually, you can do that to almost anything you enter into your HTML area, by making such classes

CSS:

option{font:bold 12px verdana,tahoma;color:#ff0000;background-color:#ffffff;}

posticon A Big Must For Big Forums: Sub-Forum Option

jalalski wrote very well message at first page.

Sub-Forums are must for big communities i think.Otherly we are putting new forums to our main page of forum and it goes down too much.

It will exactly be very helpful for admins or mods for categorizing the topics...

Voting for sub-forums option!

Re: sub-forums?

Ah yes! I really like the idea of sub-forums.

For example, in the Warhammer Quest board, we have one forum for Warriors, but with sub forums we could a have specific sub-forum for each type of Warrior class in the game.

I think feature would be great for helping people find what they are looking for while also keeping the main forums page nice and neat.

Also, if this feature becomes available, I highly recommend -- or vote for it -- that the same separator option be available in the sub-forums list page as is currently used for the forums.

Re: sub-forums?

I have seen this at at least one other board provider. Even from the main page, people can see if new posts have been made in a sub-forum, and one click will take them there.

Re: sub-forums?

This would be a good feature for some of the specialty boards as well (like small membership rpg gaming boards). I faked it on my if... board but when I did I discovered the fake would only work for one specific game and the board owner still had to go through everything...
