If a board admin could style it, that would also mean they could hide it, which would make Runboard non-compliant with GDPR on those particular boards.

I do wish that box wasn't so black and didn't cover so much of the screen. You can't post around it without dealing with it and once I had done that on every board I go to, with 4 different computers, I thought I was done. Then this week, I had to do it all over again on 4 different computers on every board. That is annoying. I wonder why it started popping up all over again. On my little computers, it really does cover a lot of space and it is very ugly, not like most web pages where it looks nice.

I see that box every day because I set my browsers to delete cookies when I shut them down.

I agree, it's ugly. emoticon

However, I don't have to accept it at every board. I just do it once at the starting page when I log in, and then I'm set. I wonder what changes that for you.

Are you really using four different computers? If you do, then yes, you have to do it for every computer because cookies are stored on the computer itself.

I can see how it would cover a lot of the screen on a tiny screen. That's not really nice. But unfortunately, this kind of question is necessary by law.

When the box first showed up for me, it was at every board I visited. A few days ago it popped up again on the main page, but I only saw it that one time.

In the global CSS the ability to use display none for the element could be disabled like so:

<style>
#show_table #show_div{
display:block!important;
}
</style>

<body id='show_table'>
<div id='show_div'>
text text
</div>

We could even set color combinations allowable for use by the element to prevent admins from placing background and text colors the same as each other.

Firle, yes! I have 4 different computers. My main computer is not so much an issue because it has two large screens. Then I have 3 little teeny laptops that are 11.6 inches each. I rotate using those. I love those things for using at night on the couch.

I guess I just wish the size of the box could be reduced and not so black and also not keep reappearing. I do not delete my cookie for Runboard.

That could easily be overridden with display: none !important;

However, Thor could probably use JS to avoid that problem.

I believe Runboard removes the cookie when you sign in from another device. I remember getting signed out of my PC when I logged on from my laptop, and vice versa.

Yes, logging in on one device will automatically log you out from another one, which can be great for someone who forgets to log out at a computer that other people have access to.
