Hi Autumn77,
Yes, there is.
Look for this in your CSS
.forumlistdescription
If you don't find it, then your board is working with the "default" 10px font-size. So what you do is something like this.
.forumlistdescription {
font-size: 12px;
}
Change the 12px I used as an example to whatever size you want it to be.

This CSS is currently at Happy Trails:
span.forumlistdescription {font-size:11px;color:#789AA6;}
Just change the 11px there to something bigger. Rick's suggestion of 12px might work.
For reference, your forum links are 14px.
