The number of members doesn't have to be huge. It helps though to have items of common interest. Otherwise, people have little in common to talk about.
I find with my board that Brad Pitt, Ben Affleck, Mel Gibson, Hugh Jackman, Matt Damon and Leonardo Di Caprio are always dropping in to chat because we have so much in common.
