Ha, ha! I just answered at your board and here is my answer.

To delete a thread, put a check mark in the box in front of it, then go to the bottom of the board and click on "Moderation Option". Then click on delete in there.

I know of no way to make a smiley larger before a thread. I think you just have to use smileys that will fit there. If you had bigger smileys in front of a thread it would distort the layout. Lesa will know the answer to the smiley question for sure.

I know a way to adjust those smilies in the topic list via CSS. From what I saw, each topic in the list has to be targeted individually so for a boards "default" 20 topics per page maximum the CSS would look like this (changing display size to 20px x 20px).

/* POSTICONS DISPLAY SIZE */
#tl_td_1_3 img {height:20px;width:20px;}
#tl_td_2_3 img {height:20px;width:20px;}
#tl_td_3_3 img {height:20px;width:20px;}
#tl_td_4_3 img {height:20px;width:20px;}
#tl_td_5_3 img {height:20px;width:20px;}
#tl_td_6_3 img {height:20px;width:20px;}
#tl_td_7_3 img {height:20px;width:20px;}
#tl_td_8_3 img {height:20px;width:20px;}
#tl_td_9_3 img {height:20px;width:20px;}
#tl_td_10_3 img {height:20px;width:20px;}
#tl_td_11_3 img {height:20px;width:20px;}
#tl_td_12_3 img {height:20px;width:20px;}
#tl_td_13_3 img {height:20px;width:20px;}
#tl_td_14_3 img {height:20px;width:20px;}
#tl_td_15_3 img {height:20px;width:20px;}
#tl_td_16_3 img {height:20px;width:20px;}
#tl_td_17_3 img {height:20px;width:20px;}
#tl_td_18_3 img {height:20px;width:20px;}
#tl_td_19_3 img {height:20px;width:20px;}
#tl_td_20_3 img {height:20px;width:20px;}

Lesa may know something I don't and have an easier coding solution but this works... emoticon

Sadly, it makes the smileys distorted.

Re: Posticon size changes

Posticons are, by default, set at 15x15 which will cause any picture that is some other size to be distorted while the system mash's them in place. Pictures that are smaller will show up as blurry and pictures that are larger will just look strange most of the time.

That being said, if you pick Smilies that are all the same size and they match the defined size that is set either by Runboard or by the CSS coding then they will display correctly.

For example, using the code I posted along with this image: --Log in or sign up to see linked image content-- is clean and designed for display in a 20x20 image block.
This image --Log in or sign up to see linked image content-- is designed for display in a space that is 51x29 so it will look weird if it is squeezed into the posticon display area.

This should be all you need:

.topic_list_table img[alt="posticon"] { width: auto; height: auto; }

Almost emoticon

She also mentioned that the 15x15 smilies were too small for her eyes so I added a min-width and min-height statement to fix that.

Those don't need a min-width or min-height, if you give them as width:auto and height:auto. emoticon

They do if you want them to display larger than 15 x 15. This way the default smilies display just a tad larger until she finds replacements for them. emoticon

Not when the image is already larger than 15x15 and is being forced into 15x15 by Runboard's code.

She already has a 60x44 posticon ]here.

Here's what it looked like before I added the CSS I suggested above:

--Log in or sign up to see linked image content--

Being forced down to 1/4 of its actual size, no one could tell it was a smiley holding a sign, much less what the sign said.

Autumn, I just added that CSS to your board, at the top of the CSS section.

You can add max-width and/or max-height if you want it to be smaller than 60x44, or min-width and/or max-width if you want it to be larger, but if you want all your posticons to be the actual size of the images, then you don't need to add anything else to the CSS than what I put there.
