Non-member "post contact" links

Just an idea really but currently when a member is removed from the member list all of their posts (made while they were a member) still remains. That is as it should be in my mind but to make the members removal from the boards memberlist more effective I think the "post-contact links" should only work for those who are active members.

By way of example, should I click on the "PM exy-user" link and xyz-user is not on the boards member list I would expect Runboard to say something like: "Sorry, xyz-user is not a active member of this board" and return me to where I was when I clicked to try and PM exy-user.

This makes the users removal from the active member list mean something for both the board owner and the board user.
