Yeah. Mine does both. Sometimes it just freezes, with audio still working ... and sometimes it crashes completely. Sometimes I go watch TV for a bit, other times I close everything and reboot.

Re: Argh!!! IE9

I just watch switch to Chrome for whatever I'm doing when that happens. I've thought about switching to Chrome, but I don't feel like switching all my RSS notifications and stuff over to it, and it would probably slow down once I did that anyway. emoticon

Re:

And now I am doing things the other way around. I finally switched to Chrome because of the freezing but use Firefox for news articles because when you copy an article from Chrome it mushes everything together into one paragraph.

Otherwise I am liking Chrome even with my RSS stuff. All of my bookmarks transferred right over.

Re: Argh!!! IE9

One huge thing for me is being able to highlight some text and view the source code of just the highlighted bit. Firefox can do that, but Chrome can't. They both have "inspect element", but it's easier to view the section source. Another thing you can do in Firefox but not in Chrome is right-click on a background image to view its properties. Inspect element will let you do this, too, but it requires more steps, which annoys the heck out of me.

Chrome is a decent browser. I just find that Firefox suits most of my needs better.

I have Firebug Lite set-up on Chrome to compliment the inspect element feature of Chrome.
