Forum #20 (ak_forum_20) may not be the 20th forum showing in the forum list. If you look at the screen shot above, the 3rd one showing in the forum list (fl_td_3_2) is forum #4 (ak_forum_4). If you never reorder forums after creating them, then these two numbers should coincide. But, if you do reorder the forums, those two numbers will no longer agree with each other. For what you're trying to do, you need to ignore the actual forum IDs, and count down the forum list until you get to the forum whose name you want to customize.

What board are you trying to do this on? I'll be happy to take a look and tell you what number you need to put in there.
