Welcome to Runboard, spikeone, and thank you for becoming a premium user. emoticon

Video clips aren't stored on Runboard, and since there are so many video hosts on the web that we may or may not know about, there's no way for us to know why you can't view them.

If you're having trouble viewing a video that someone has linked to in a message board post, the easiest way for you to get help might be to ask in the topic where you found the link, and tell them what happens when you try to view the video. If no one there can help you, then the website that hosts the video should be able to.

If I'm misunderstanding your problem, please let us know with a little more detail (in a separate topic, since this one is for people whose premium status isn't taking effect), and we'll try to work with you to resolve it.

Same here-they took my $ but I still see ads. What gives? I paid by CC! And it's deceptive as well-thot I was paying for my board and now since I was duped, want my $10 back!!!

I cannot help on the last bit but I am curious on how or what Runboard can possibly do to make things easier to understand concerning their different products. Here is the chart I created showing the different products and what they do. If you can think of anyway I can make the chart easier to understand I would greatly appreciate the feedback.

I'm sorry you feel you were duped. However, the differences between premium user and premium board are explained in ]this sticky topic posted Rimmer (which includes the chart created and re-posted by Pastor Rick above), and ]these support pages, which you can find the link to from the top of any board.

Also, as the owner of Runboard explained in ]this sticky topic, we will be happy to work with you to correct the mistake.

That said, how long ago did you send your payment? You should see your premium status as soon as PayPal lets us know that your payment has cleared through your bank.

If you still want us to return the $10, I will let Thor know so he can refund it and remove your premium status. Otherwise, you can follow the steps explained by Thor in ]this topic to upgrade your board, or you can keep your user premium and get a free 10,000 credits for your board as announced ]here. Assuming you didn't click on the "Upgrade" link at your board before purchasing user premium so we would know which board to credit, I will be happy to add those 10,000 credits manually if you let me know which board.

We do our best to make all of this information easy to find and understand, but if you have any ideas on how we can make it any clearer, we are always happy to receive constructive feedback.
