Re: Members Not showing

Bernard,

Are you looking at individual forums?

Are your forums set to the "Boards Membership"?

You can't see member lists for individual forums if this is the case, only the boards entire membership. You should get an error message "This forum is using the board's membership."

or are you looking for the Total registered members (list)

If not the above, I'm seeing all my lists fine and it will be looked into by others.

Hi Bernard,

I assume you are talking about the new board you created a few days ago, which Erika and PR have both posted at. Did you check the "clear members" checkbox when you changed the security settings? This would have removed them from the list.

Also, your board's security is currently set so people have to register a Runboard account if they don't already have one, then submit an application for your specific board, for you to approve manually, before they can post there. Is this what you intended?

To check your board's security settings, it may be helpful for you to create a 2nd Runboard account for testing purposes. While logged into the testing account, go to your board, try to make a post, and submit the application page that will come up when you attempt to do so. Once you log into your Bernard7 account again, you can then see and approve the new application through your board's control panel > Security management > Review membership applications. After you do this, you should then see your testing account listed as a member of your board.

I hope this helps. emoticon

I'm glad that's sorted. emoticon

You can add them back manually, if you want.

On the advanced security settings for the whole board, click on the "See members" button on the left. There, you can enter their names manually.
