External CSS & Favicon link options in CP
This is a two for one topic, and I'm sure it has been thought up, and discussed before.. but it would be really nice.. from a coding stand point if we could get a place in the board management control panel to put in External CSS and Favicons without using hacks, or putting it in the Custom HTML to get it done.

That thought has actually crossed my mind in the past (GMTA), but I didn't think to run it past Thor once he started his most recent improvements. Thank you for bringing it up.

Re: External CSS & Favicon link options in CP
Yeah it seems like we've discussed this before.. but I don't think it was in this forum.. This and the Page number linking features, or maybe being able to get a little bit of extra custom CSS space, would be a great way to tidy up, and create better boards/skins.

Re: External CSS & Favicon link options in CP
I was thinking that custom CSS should be written to its own file, such as runboard.com/bakheva.css or runboard.com/styles/bakheva.css. This was in the list of suggestions I sent Thor, actually, and I know this is possible to do. It would also save Runboard a lot of bandwidth because CSS files don't need to be re-downloaded with every page view, so if I can convince Thor to do that, I can try convincing him to allow a little more in the CSS, as well.
Since the line break you suggested would only take a few minutes to add, I sent that via IM just now, so he'll see it when he returns on Monday. As for this and the page number request, those will take some actual programming, so I put them in a list that I'm compiling and will send it to him tomorrow night. So far, those are the only two things on my new list, but I'll include the old list (minus the things he's already done) to keep it all organized. If you think of any others, please let me know and I'll add it to the list.

Re: External CSS & Favicon link options in CP
Some other things that I can think of, that well the world wouldn't end if they never came about, but they would make the boards look nicer, or sometimes easier to moderate are.. though may take a bit of work to get:
Separating the sticky topics from the non sticky.. Having it optional would be nice, but I think some skins would look really nice with their gradient seps in the topic list.
Moderation options in message area
Ability to put a topic description under the topic title, also having a Moved to: link where moved topics had been.
Oh and one more lol.. I think you just opened a can of worms, wanting to hear my requests lol..

All excellent suggestions, Josh. I'll pass them all along to Thor and let him decide. I also posted an alternate suggestion in the "Locking admin edits" thread just now, which I'm also passing along to Thor along with your original one.
