Version 2 Skins

This is Smackdown5 via my newer skinning account.

I've been working on some of my past skins to improve them with bug fixes

- Improving 800x600 resolution viewing
- Removing page margins for extra space
- Fully commented CSS
- Improved Custom Html with comments to help adjusting sample banner and welcome message
- CSS/Html Bug Fixes
- Improved skinning using new css classes Thor added
